Policies

Booking Policy

  • A valid card must be placed on file to book an appointment. 

  • Retainers (deposits)  are required and  fees will be assessed for no-call no-shows.

  • A fee will be accessed for appointments cancelled in 24 hours or less 

  • Card, Zelle or Exact Cash are the only form payment appointment time accepted at time of appointment.

  • 10 mins= grace period

  • 20 mins = Cancelled or Rescheduled

  • NO Call/NO Show  or 24 hours or less cancellation will be charged 50% of service

  • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

  • NO Same Day Appointments without prior approval (please text or call)

If you are experiencing cold/flu/covid symptoms please reschedule

  • Please tell me during the appointment if something is not to your liking 

  • You have 48 hours to notify me of any issues with your service. After 48 hours you will be charged accordingly

  • Tampering with my work in any way or not doing the advised upkeep during the 48 hour period will void me from being able to fix your hair free of charge

  • All deposits (retainers) are nonrefundable but can be transferred to available times  within 14 days of original appointment

Shipping Policy

Return/Refund Policy

  • We pride ourselves in upholding the utmost integrity and professionalism and will try our best to work to bring the highest customer satisfaction.

  • Due to the nature of the products and services,  there are NO returns or  refunds of any kind.

  • Please ensure that you properly record your measurements for custom creations (wigs). No refunds will be issued for ill-fitting wigs. 

  • Please be aware any fraudulent chargebacks are subject to court sanctions 

  • Shipping occurs on business days ONLY (holidays are not included)

  • Please allow a processing time of 1-3 business days before the order is shipped

  • Pre-Order processing time is an additional 7 business days

  • Shipping takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped please contact carrier on tracking for updates

  • For custom wigs , processing time is 10-21 business days depending on order volume at the time of purchase! Be sure to accurately provide information required for timely order.

  • For Bring Your Own Bundles custom wigs, processing time begins once I have recieved your hair
